As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents through effective crisis management and supervision.
In this position, you will not only provide essential care, but also serve as a positive role model, guiding residents toward healthier behaviors and attitudes. You will implement individualized treatment plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager, using modeling and teaching techniques to foster growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree, or;
An Associate's Degree and at least three months experience working with children
Ability to maintain composure in an unpredictable, fast paced, high stress environment
Must be able to accept feedback
Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
