  • Who is eligible for the CBLG Residential program?

    Our program is designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and significant behavioral challenges that require intensive support. We accept children who may face barriers to hospitalization, including limited available beds or restrictions on diagnoses.

  • What types of therapies are offered at CBLG Residential?

    CBLG Residential offers a range of services to support the diverse needs of children. Alongside daily Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we collaborate with partner agencies to provide various additional therapies, including: Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Individual Counseling, Play Therapy, Music Therapy, Mentorship Programs, and Wraparound Services.

  • How are individualized treatment plans developed?

    Each child receives an individualized behavior plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These plans are tailored to enhance the child's safety, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote skill development, ensuring a holistic approach to their growth.

  • What is the goal of the CBLG Residential program?

    Our primary goal is to help children develop the skills needed to thrive in less restrictive environments, such as their homes and schools. We aim to foster independence, enhance community access, and create opportunities for natural learning experiences.

  • What facilities does CBLG Residential provide?

    CBLG Residential features two stand-alone homes located near parks, schools, and community amenities. Each child has their own private room to ensure they have a personal space to decompress and use positive coping strategies. Across both homes, there are a total of nine rooms.

  • How does CBLG Residential promote physical activity?

    Time spent outdoors is an essential aspect of our program. Both homes include fenced yards with bicycles, trampolines, and swings, encouraging physical activity while providing sensory engagement opportunities to support each child's overall well-being.

  • How do you ensure continuity of care?

    We collaborate closely with primary care doctors, mental health professionals, and local school districts to ensure continuous support for the children in our care. Frequent communication with caregivers and caregiver training is also integral to our program's success.

    At CBLG Residential, we believe in working closely with families to create individualized treatment plans. We encourage caregiver involvement and provide training to help families support their child's growth and development effectively.
